Admissions Policy and Procedure

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in Chaffee County Montessori School. We welcome you as you begin the process of learning about our programs and our facility. CCMS is a special place where children and adults are encouraged to explore and ask questions as they learn about themselves and the world around them.

Enclosed you will find a number of informational documents to help you through the application process and support you in making a most important decision in your child’s educational life. Please take time to review each of the documents carefully. There are many aspects to consider for you and your child, as well as time-sensitive deadlines to be met.

Enclosed please find the following documents:
            CCMS Mission and Vision Statements
            CCMS Application Policies and Procedures
CCMS New Parent Education Meetings and Schedule
CCMS Schedule of Tuition Rates and Fees
            Application for enrollment

Please note that the priority deadline for completion of your application process is April 15, 2010. Prior to that date, please complete the application procedures including attendance at several New Parent Education Meetings. See the enclosed schedule for dates and times of these meetings.

Again, we thank you for your interest in Chaffee County Montessori School. I will be happy to answer any questions regarding the application process or our programs. Please feel free to call me at 539-4887.  We look forward to sharing our wonderful school and its programs with you and your child.

Sincerely,

Claudia Mann
Head of School
